So Move

pressed to the floor—
heartbeat an alarm…

gravity a hand on me
saying stay.

but i say—no more.

so move…

dust on my knuckles.
charge in my chest.

muscle memory—
get up.

no time to rest…

so move…

Proverbs 24:16

  1. Come on—leap to your feet, head high.

Gravity is a liar. It mistakes your stillness for surrender, but you were just grounding.

That floor wasn’t a cage; it was a starting block. You’ve traded the rhythm of the alarm for the rhythm of the strike. The dust on your knuckles isn’t dirt—it’s the remains of the wall you just walked through.

The air is thin, the heat is high, and the pulse in your chest is a countdown. You don’t just get up; you erupt.

    Move.
