If humans colonised Mars it would depend on who colonised it, if it was the USA it would not be called Mars but New America and would be considered part of America, if was Russia then it would be called New Russia or Russianland. So what it would look like would be up to the what country it is part of, it’s flag would have the US flag in the center and red dust around the outside.
